Mi Casa, Su Casa is exactly what it sounds like, a home from home. This is a one bed, one bath 1039 sq foot condo with a large master bedroom (bamboo sheets), a good sized living area, a spacious kitchen and a bathroom (bamboo towels) with a bath/shower combo.
Lovingly renovated in 2010 with teak patio furniture, hardwood bedroom floor (King bed, oversized chair that converts to a twin bed to accommodate a child), Silestone countertops, unusual artworks, instant hot water, comfy sofas (the larger one in the living area converts to a queen bed), fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to make even a thanksgiving dinner.
If cooking is not part of your vacation plans, there is a lovely beach bar and restaurant next door and a more formal restaurant for dinner.
The Retreat has its own 1200 foot private white sandy beach, freshwater pool, gym/games room combo and tennis court.
BBQs are available on site for your use and the beach has plenty of sun loungers and chairs. Due to it's location, we are fortunate to be able to enjoy year round sunsets from the main beach. Be sure to stay after the sun sets and enjoy the amazing colors in the sky. Spectacular doesn't even start to describe the beauty.
The ocean is just steps away. We have 4 bikes for your use, Dvds, books and most importantly for a worry free vacation, an on-site professional management company.
We take comfort very seriously and you will find every chair, cushion, bed, towel and linen purchased with that in mind.

Once "booked" (paid 50% of
Rental Charge), should the
guest cancel (by written
email of fax) prior to
paying the full rental
amount (or prior to 60 days
from occupancy), 25% of the

returned. Should Cayman Kai
Vacation Rentals be able to
replace the reservation, the
balance of the initial
deposit will be returned
less any re-booking costs
and/or credit card fees
incurred. Should Cayman Kai
Vacation Rentals not be able
to replace the remaining 25%
is forfeited Once full payment has been made (or the 60 day mark has passed and the guest has not paid the balance, should guest cancel, every effort will be made to replace the reservation. For out-of-this-world tropical drinks and tasty lunches, The Wreck Bar and Grill cannot be beat. There is even a gift shop/clothing boutique located at Rum Point, complete with an ATM. There are so many places and events happening all the time on Grand Cayman that you will never be bored if you feel the need to just get off the beach and go. I know this Island.
