Welcome to Wee Kai, a thoughtfully designed and decorated large
2-bedroom condo overlooking the waters in the resort neighborhood of
Cayman Kai.
The new owner is a local career hospitality professional and spared no
expense in modernizing this beautiful condo. All the tech, decor, and
comfort one could want with the added convenience of restaurants and
attractions just a short walk away.
Located next door, The Kaibo Marina manages ferry service to Camana
Bay/Seven Mile Beach--perfect for day trips! If cooking is not your
thing, The Kaibo offers take-out service as well as thin-crust pizzas
made-to-order. There's also a fine dining option, The Kaibo Upstairs,
for special occasions, and a coffee shop for early birds. Beach lovers
will enjoy being within walking distance to Starfish Point and Rum Point
Beach for a day of fun in the sun, or sunset happy hours.
Wee Kai offers over 1,000 square feet of privacy with elevated sunset
views, a sandy white beach, and a shared pool with a heated spa.
The living and dining rooms connect with multiple sliding glass doors to
the full-width, oceanfront screened porch. Stay cool and connected with
central air conditioning, cable TV programming, and high-speed WiFi

Beach Notes
The beach behind
the Kaibo Condo complex is pure barefoot sand. Facing the sound, the
waters here are clear and calm. There are no reefs here to snorkel, nor
is the sea bottom sandy. All beaches are technically public and there
are some nicer beaches nearby open for your use.
For barefoot
swimming and snorkeling, we recommend walking up the street to Gardens
of the Kai, or Rum Point Beach (a 2-minute drive, 10-minute walk
away). Not only are the beaches there swimmable, but Rum Point Beach
also offers a bar and grill, lounge chaises, and a variety of water
sports activities to keep you active.

your property may vary slightly from the images on our website

Villa Cleaning & Sanitation
We're committed to the health and safety of all our guests and have adopted enhanced cleaning safeguards to suppress the spread of COVID-19.
All villas are cleaned and sanitized prior to each guest's arrival using health agency-approved cleaners and disinfectants. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products.
Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling may be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival.
We have taken great care to network with
reputable local Management Companies, located in
Cayman Kai, to ensure quality and prompt services.
Services include: preparing homes for guests arrival
and departure; maid services; and any emergency
services or repairs if necessary. They will be on
call to assist all our guests.

Cayman Island's Tourist Department to operate as Tourist
