A marked day          means the " Night" is unavailable. Five nights (5) Minimum Rental. "Check in time" is 3:00 PM on the date of arrival. "Check out time" is 11:00 AM on the date of departure. Payment Options   A Fifty (50%) Deposit is required within 2/3 days to maintain dates requested with the balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Some of the Island Houses try and keep snorkeling equipment available for their guest. The Island Houses can not stock serviceable snorkel gear (mask, fins, snorkels) for enough combinations of guests sizes and ensure the equipment would be nicely cleaned and organized for you. They would need a manager just for equipment as well as a huge storage locker. Red Sail Sports at Rum Point Beach rents this equipment. The Treasure Chest Gift Shop at Rum Point Beach also sell them at an reasonable price. Not all Island Houses have it available.

All Island Houses have the availability of extra roll away beds.

Island Houses that do not show a baby crib or high chair do have the availability on request.

You can swim in your 20' x 40' private pool surrounded by palm trees with their branches gently swaying in the breeze.

For those who would rather lounge by the pool than swim, there is plenty of desk furniture

provided with a mixture of chaise lounge chairs, benches and tables.

Pool has walk in steps for safety.

A microorganism lights up when you disturb the water it's truly a sight to see and you can experience this right outside your door.

When the lights go down, the micro-organisms in the bioluminescent cove put on a fabulous show as guests tour the cove. As you paddle through the water, the micro-organisms illuminate leaving a shiny silvery streak of water. Your paddle will take the form of a light saber as you slice through the night water.
