Calico Kai is fully furnished and equipped 2 bedroom, 2 full bath, living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with all new modern appliances including the refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, water cooler and charcoal BBQ grill. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer and the Island House comes equipped with linens and towels, along with basic toiletries for your arrival. Also it has Cable Satellite TV, stereo, phone.

A dining room next to the kitchen seats six.

This sitting area is located off the living room in front of the Island House

with a beautiful view of the Famous Rum Point Beach which is just a short walk across the road.

The kitchen is equipped with all new modern appliances including the refrigerator, stove,  microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker,

water cooler with fresh water. A full laundry room is next to the kitchen with a washer and dryer.

A pleasantly decorated stairway and hallway with original Cayman art leads to the master and guest bedrooms.

The large two story lanai leads to the beautiful landscaped backyard and pool with a charcoal grill. There is a outside shower at the end of the ramp.

You can swim in your 20'x40' private pool surrounded by palm trees with their branches gently swaying in the breeze. For those who would rather lounge by the pool than swim, there is plenty of deck furniture provided with a mixture of chaise lounge chairs, benches and table.
