Right next door to the Retreat is the famous Rum Point Beach, which has a nice gift shop, the very popular Wreck Bar and Grill, a great fine dining restaurant at the Rum Point Club Restaurant. The food at Rum Point is outstanding, the drinks may be even better, and the friendly service can’t be beat.

The pool is the enjoyment center of the house. One of the nice features is that they are all heated. Around it you will have morning coffee, noon lunch & evening fun. In it you will exercise, rejuvenate & rejoice. From it you will enjoy the sun of the day, the moon & stars of the night & the lights of George Town across the waters of The North Sound. Because of it your romantic interludes can be more pleasurable. It makes your house here original, unprecedented & unlike any house anywhere else. Central air-conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, TV, CD and Internet and to use the Pool Heater there is a charge of US25 per day.PLS. NO SMOKING

For out-of-this-world tropical drinks and tasty lunches, The Wreck Bar and Grill cannot be beat. There is even a gift shop/clothing boutique located at Rum Point, complete with an ATM. There are so many places and events happening all the time on Grand Cayman that you will never be bored if you feel the need to just get off the beach and go. I know this Island.
