The property location is set amidst beautiful luxurious beach front estates. This condo offers you the seclusion for a romantic get away and the amenities to have some fun in the sun! Away from the touristy cruise ship port and busy city of Georgetown, you can relax, read a novel, soak up the sun, snorkel. The Ground Level has a living room, dining room and kitchen. The Living Room looks out on to the beautiful beach where you can enjoy the sunset every evening. On the second level is the Master Bedroom and guest  bedroom with a King Size bed and a full bathroom. There is a screened in porch located just off of the second bedroom.  You can also see the beach from the Master Suite. Our home is equipped with a washer and dryer as well as cable television and wireless internet service that is included for your use.

This small community is very peaceful and offers a fresh water swimming pool in addition to the Caribbean Sea being located just step away from our back door. Caymankai  community is very relaxing and quiet, however if you are interested in more activities and night life, the Kaibo Yacht Club is just across the street from our house and offers an upscale restaurant as well as a Beach Bar and Grill. Rum Point is also conveniently located within a short drive and can offer multiple water sports including snorkeling, scuba diving, jet skiing, fishing as well as other island excursion tours.

You might also consider driving (approximately 45 minutes) to Georgetown where you can enjoy shopping, as well as many different restaurants and bars. The Famous Seven Mile Beach is also located in this area and offers not only a beautiful beach but many different water activities and various island tours as well.

If you would like to pre-stock the house with groceries prior to your arrival, you may contact Eddie to make arrangements for your shopping needs and payments directly with him.

    When not lounging, plenty of water sports are available. The management rents kayaks for exploring Starfish Point. Right next door is Red Sail Sports. They offer wave runners, paddle boards, sail boats, and can arrange tours to Stingray City or Bioluminescent kayak tours.

    Next door is an AMAZING 5-STAR restaurant, The Restaurant at Rum Point. For out-of-this-world tropical drinks and tasty lunches, The Wreck Bar and Grill cannot be beat. There is even a gift shop/clothing boutique located at Rum Point, complete with an ATM. 

    There are so many places and events happening all the time on Grand Cayman that you will never be bored if you feel the need to just get off the beach and go. I know this Island. I've been here since 1994.
