Kaibo Condo C22 is a beautiful condo located in the heart of Cayman Kai community, a world-renowned vacation destination on Grand Cayman. This boutique-style ground floor unit was built in 2005 in the newest phase of the Kaibo Condos. Enjoy the privacy of the ground floor with fantastic views of the beautiful Caribbean sea and easy access right at your doorstep. C22 has all the modern conveniences for you pleasure and enjoyment including wireless internet access, large flat screen TV in every room, DVD player. From the moment you open the door, C22 provides a relaxing feeling of a home away from home. A modern yet cozy interior, with luxurious Italian furniture, a large open concept principle room, a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops for your favorite meals, grand screened lanai for any size party. Two bedrooms each with king size beds can easily accommodate up to four people. C22 also have private access to a storage unit that holds 2 bicycles, an umbrella for protection from the sun and various snorkel gear.

C22 is well appointed with stylish furniture and

includes a home entertainment facilities such as cable TV and wireless broadband, Wi-Fi access.

 

The only real choices that need making are where to eat and drink. A well equipped kitchen awaits, with dining room table that seats six.

The master bedroom takes advantage of the breath taking vistas afforded to you on the first floor and the large windows allow for 180

degree views of the beautifully landscaped grounds and out into the spectacular North Sound, approximately 100 feet from the door.

Incorporating direct access to the large patio, an en suite bathroom, walk in closet, classical white furniture and a king size bed this is

the most romantic of rooms.

The guest bedroom is furnished with a king size beds, dresser and a large mirrored closet, and is directly adjacent to the second bathroom.

A large patio with plenty of seating overlooks the infinity pool and the beauty North Sound.

The stunning infinity pool and heated Jacuzzi are steps away from your back door. You can spend your days floating in the pool while enjoying an endless supply of tropical drinks and food from the The Kaibo Beach Bar and Grill. Palm trees decorate the soft sand of the beach right out your back door. 

 Relax in the beachfront large sundeck.

After a full day of activities, you can truly unwind as you relax in the Jacuzzi to watch the stars fill the sky and the moonbeams dance atop the ocean waves.

Take a relaxing walk on your sandy beach or just relax in the hammock.

Palm trees decorate the soft sand of the beach right out your back door.
