Situated within the prestigious development of Cayman Kai, The Kaibo Condominiums Phase II are located next door to The Kaibo Beach Bar and Grill, Upstairs Restaurant and Marina and is about 21 miles from the airport on the north side of the island, or about a 40 minute scenic drive. There are 30 spacious two bedroom beachfront residences nestled on a deep water cove with 300 feet of white sand beach, lush landscaping, an infinity edge pool with large deck and heated Jacuzzi, and a privacy wall around the entire property. Each unit has it’s own screened in patio with exceptional pool and ocean views. Bonus exterior storage building gives each owner 100 square feet of extra storage for bicycles and water toys. There are four great restaurants in the area (Upstairs Restaurant at The Kaibo, Kaibo Bar & Grill, Rum Point Club Restaurant at Rum Point Beach and Over the Edge about five minutes down Rum Point Drive. There is a small grocery store and a gas station at the Kaibo. It is also only about 3 minute drive to the Famous Rum Point Beach.

From Camana Bay to The Kaibo within in 20 minutes rather than the 45 minute drive time.
Cayman Ferries said it new 30 passenger catamaran will deliver a smooth ride across the Island in around half the time.
The ferry accommodates around 30 passengers, and a round trip ticket will cost around $25.00 USD.

Rum Point Beach is just about two miles down the road. As you walk on the beach, cool trade winds quickly erase all thoughts of your job, commute and bad weather at home. Australian pines with island parrots and tropical birds sitting on feathery branches shade the shore.
Spectacular Caribbean cuisine prepared in Grand Cayman's only kitchen featuring panoramic views of the North Sound. The restaurant's unique Caribbean decor features abstract marine life created by local artists and has become an island attraction.
Red Sail Sports has an impressive "Water Sports Center" at Rum Point, with plenty of exciting beach toys for the young at heart along with a full diving and snorkeling trips to world famous Stingray City and the North wall. They also feature diving and snorkeling lessons and jet ski, sunfish, paddleboat, dive and snorkel gear rentals. Choose from kayaks, wind surfers, sailboats, wave runners and water-skiing. To add to all this waters sports excitement is a glass bottom boat, which takes passengers and sorcerers to the famous Stingray City/Sandbar and nearby coral reefs. Changing rooms, showers and lockers add to the new conveniences. |

features lovely white sand beaches, pristine snorkeling over marine protected reefs, volleyball and beautiful Casuarinas Australian pines with shaded hammocks, beach chairs and picnic
tables.
The Wreck Bar & Grill offers an excellent lunch menu and full bar.
Rum Point Club Restaurant specializes in seafood, caught by local fishermen on a daily basis. Certainly the opportunity to sample Caribbean cuisine at its best.
